Influencer’s Lamborghini Mods Draw ‘MANSORY’ Trademark Suit (1)

A German luxury car modification company accused a social media influencer and auto shop of using counterfeit “MANSORY” parts and trademarks to promote business ventures.

Mansory Design & Holding GMBH and its US distributor EMC of Miami sued Jesse Frimpone—who goes by Jesse Frimpong—as well as 305 Auto Customs Inc. and its owner Mehdi Mourtaj.

The complaint, filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleges the defendants conspired to install fake Mansory body kits on Frimpone’s Lamborghini Urus, then used the modified vehicle to promote Frimpone’s e-commerce courses and 305 Auto’s services on social ...
