Francisco Cabada joined Kaufman Dolowich as a partner in its labor and employment group in Los Angeles, the firm announced Wednesday.
Cabada’s practice includes leave law management, wage and hour compliance, disciplinary performance counseling, reasonable accommodations and termination procedures, and internal complaints and investigations.
He also defends employers in the healthcare and retail industries in litigation on matters including harrassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues.
He joins from Cabada & Hameed.
