A shoe company accused of infringing Vans Inc.'s intellectual property has agreed with a Liberty Mutual Group unit to end an insurance coverage appeal.
ACI International Inc. and Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. on Tuesday filed a stipulated motion to dismiss an appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
