Nvidia Published Avian AI Software Worth $1.5 Billion, Suit Says

Nvidia Corp. gained confidential access to, used, and published Avian Data Inc.'s proprietary AI algorithm, wiping out the estimated $1.5 billion value of the software, Avian said in a lawsuit.

Nvidia led Avian to believe it would acquire the company in order to gain access to its cutting edge AI algorithm under a non-disclosure agreement, Avian said in the complaint it filed Monday in New York state court.
