Ouraring Inc. accused
The Galaxy ring and associated application, and Samsung’s Health program use methods similar to Oura’s eight protected technologies used in wearable health monitoring devices, according to a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Oura said the lawsuit “after defending multiple unprovoked attacks on its patent portfolio through post-grant proceedings and to protect its patent rights.”
