Nokia’s US Patent Nos. 8,776,204, 8,050,321, 6,968,005 and 7,082,450 are invalid, Paramount argued in a brief along with a motion to dismiss Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. Paramount argued that the asserted user authentication, organizing data, and applying mathematical formulas methods are abstract ideas ineligible for patent protection.
