Reality TV Actor Must Use Name While Suing Telemundo, Producers

A plaintiff, who described herself as a “respected athlete and television personality,” can’t use a pseudonym while suing television companies and two producers in a suit alleging she was raped by one producer while filming a reality television show, a federal court in New York said.

The plaintiff used the name “Jane Doe” when she filed her suit against Telemundo Network Group LLC, NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Comcast Holdings Corporation, senior producer Francisco Suarez, and producer Rafael Ortega.
