SAP Sues Celonis in EU Patent Court, WirtschaftsWoche Says (1)

SAP has filed a lawsuit against software provider Celonis with the EU Unified Patent Court, WirtschaftsWoche reports, without saying how it got the information.

• According to WirtschaftsWoche, the proceedings were filed on June 21 and will be heard at the UPC’s Dusseldorf location
  • SAP is asserting a patent with the designation “enabling data access by an external cloud-based analysis system”
