Texas Argues For Porn Age Limit, Says Judge Didn’t View Content

A panel of Fifth Circuit judges expressed skepticism of Texas’ argument that the state’s online pornography age verification law was paused in August, in part, because a lower court judge overlooked evidence.

The trio of judges in New Orleans were responding to oral arguments Wednesday presented by Texas Assistant Attorney General John Todd Ramsey. He argued “clear errors” by Judge David A.
