Andrew Shapiro joined Venable as a partner in its employee benefits and executive compensation practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Shapiro counsels public and private companies, as well as senior executives, on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. His practice includes designing and implementing various compensatory and benefits arrangements, and he navigates related issues in corporate transactions, the firm said.
