Domenico Fanuele has joined White & Case as a partner in the global mergers and acquisitions practice and global private equity industry group, the firm said Tuesday.
Fanuele advises investment banks, corporates, private equity, and real estate funds on private and public M&A, capital markets transactions, and strategic joint ventures.
He joins from Studio Legale Associato Shearman & Sterling.
