Nathaniel Marrs has joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher as a partner and member of the asset management department in the Chicago office, the firm said Tuesday.
Marrs, who most recently served as a partner at DLA Piper, has a focus on private funds investing in the real estate, infrastructure, and energy sectors, according to Willkie.
He represents private fund sponsors, investors, and other stakeholders on the formation and structuring of funds, management companies, carried interest arrangements, and joint ventures, said the firm.
