The parent company of Ultimate Fighting Championship Inc. was accused in a new lawsuit of undermining would-be competitors, the latest in a series of antitrust claims brought by fighter plaintiffs.

UFC and its parent, TKO Group Holdings Inc., hinder the ability of other leagues to attract top-level mixed-martial artists necessary to effectively compete with the organization, according to a proposed class action filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Nevada.
