Ashurst Adds Banking and Finance Partner Dempsey to Dubai Office

Clint Dempsey joined Ashurst as a partner in its global loans practice in Dubai, the firm announced Monday.

Dempsey’s practice covers all aspects of banking and finance, including trade finance, real estate and development finance, Islamic finance, acquisition finance, project finance and asset-based lending. He acts for international and Middle East financial institutions, as well as advising corporate borrowers, and has substantial experience in financing real estate and hotel projects and acts on financial services regulatory matters, the firm said.
