Fintech company Airwallex appointed former FanDuel legal chief Carolyn Renzin as its first chief regulatory and compliance officer.
Airwallex will grow its dedicated regulatory and compliance team by about 50% this year, the company said in a statement, and Renzin will lead a build out of that department. Regulatory and compliance work had previously been handled by the company’s chief legal officer, Jeanette Chan, who will continue in that role.
