Bradley Smith joined Gibson Dunn as a partner in its antitrust and competition practice group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Smith counsels clients on antitrust issues, including pre-merger notifications under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. He has guided clients through hundreds of M&A transactions and represented technology, life sciences, financial services, transportation, and industrial entities in completed transactions collectively valued at more than $500 billion, the firm said.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Brad served at another international law firm.
