Jones Day recruited Jeffrey Philp as a partner in its financial markets practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Philp joins the firm from Orrick LLP, where he advised issuers, underwriters, and lenders in public finance and real assets transactions. He focuses on multi-family and single-family residential projects, government infrastructure authorities, and securitization of housing development bonds and loans.
