Proskauer Adds Commercial Litigator Nicole Bergstrom in New York

Nicole Bergstrom joined Proskauer as a partner in its litigation department in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Bergstrom handles high-stakes commercial disputes, including antitrust, business torts, defamation, soft IP, and regulatory matters across diverse industries. She represents clients in both state and federal courts, including jury trials and appellate proceedings, the firm said.

She previously worked at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, according to her LinkedIn profile.
