SDNY Prosecutor Leaves for Kaplan’s Boutique Litigation Shop

Christopher Connolly joined Roberta Kaplan’s New York-founded boutique, the firm said Monday.

Connolly spent more than 15 years at the US attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York, where he served as deputy chief appellate attorney. He will work as counsel at Kaplan Martin, the firm launched last year.

Connolly’s experience “has given him the best possible training both in and outside a courtroom and he’ll obviously be a huge advantage to our clients litigating cases in the S.D.N.Y.,” Kaplan said in a statement.
