Right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones shouldn’t be permitted to restart the auction for his Infowars media empire, the families of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims told a bankruptcy court.
With the families preparing to resume collection efforts on hefty monetary judgments against the Infowars parent company in state court, Jones’ request to revive an auction for his company should be denied, they said in an objection Monday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
