Lead plaintiffs Stephen Plotsker and Michael Kleemann had standing to sue in federal court and adequately pleaded the elements of their VPPA claims, Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong said.
Frimpong denied Envato’s motion to dismiss Tuesday, also finding that the Australia-based company failed to show that its home country was a more proper forum for the lawsuit.
