FedSys Settles Afghanistan Translation Contract Fraud Lawsuit

The US government and FedSys Inc. reached a settlement in a False Claims Act suit accusing the company of defrauding the US Army under a recruitment and linguist training support subcontract in Afghanistan.

The parties filed Tuesday a stipulation of dismissal with the US District Court for the District of Columbia. Terms of the settlement weren’t made available. Neither counsel for FedSync nor the US Department of Justice immediately responded to a request for comment.
