Palm Management Corp.'s former general counsel agreed to end her suit alleging the company and restaurant franchisor Landry’s Inc. subjected her to race discrimination and fired her without cause.
The parties filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday, after Joy Vida Jones’ claims were sent to arbitration.
