Rudolph Giuliani has agreed to be deposed by creditors on April 15 as they continue to search for hidden assets amid his Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The former New York mayor agreed to “an initial limited deposition” with unsecured creditors, according to a Tuesday filing in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The scheduled deposition needs to be approved by Judge Sean H. Lane, who is overseeing the case.
