Judge Lectures Musk, Altman on Trading Social Media Barbs

The judge overseeing a high-profile court case between Elon Musk and OpenAI has asked the tech executives involved in the legal battle to refrain from posting too much on social media, one day after the world’s richest person made a series of jabs at the ChatGPT maker’s leadership on X.

Ahead of opening statements on Tuesday, US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers encouraged Musk and his counterparts at OpenAI to “control your propensity to use social media to make things worse outside this courtroom.”
