A Delaware Department of Justice attorney has been appointed as Magistrate in Chancery, one of two new judicial officers who will help manage the business court’s increasing caseload.
Caroline Brittingham joined the Delaware Chancery Court on Monday, with chambers in Georgetown, Del., according to a statement.
- Brittingham worked for Delaware’s justice department for over 12 years, most recently serving in its human trafficking unit. She graduated from James Madison University and received her law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law.
