Public Corruption Allegations Revive NJ Pot Dispensary Lawsuits

Even if it takes years to learn about potential public corruption the New Jersey courts will make an exception for plaintiffs suing over official misdeeds.

That was the key takeaway from a pair of decisions handed down by the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division Tuesday giving a medical marijuana dispensary and its landlord the green light to sue the City of Hoboken.
