Three San Francisco nurses who failed to show for scheduled depositions were dismissed from their long-running overtime lawsuit against the city as a sanction for their attorney’s “flagrant” failures to comply with deadlines and meet discovery obligations.

The compliance failures of Prometheus Partners LLP‘s Eduardo G.
