US Marine Corps’ Price-Driven Procurement Change Upheld by GAO

The US Marine Corps can move ahead with its plan to amend its procurement for services to support its program manager expeditionary radars portfolio, the Government Accountability Office said.

The agency, which decided to take corrective action following Catalyst Solutions LLC’s initial protest, reasonably decided to include a price realism evaluation of bids, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.
