The EEOC claims US Steel violated federal pregnancy accommodation laws when it forced a mobile equipment operator at its Minnesota iron mine to take short-term sickness and accident leave instead of providing reasonable accommodations, according to a complaint filed Dec. 19 in the US District Court for the District of Minnesota.
