The US Department of Agriculture resolved claims by an environmental group that sued the agency over a predator killing program that targets Texas mountain lions.
The proposed agreement between the Center for Biological Diversity and the USDA and three federal and Texas agency administrators resolves each of the remaining claims the center raised in its complaint, the parties said in their motion filed Thursday with the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
