Activist Sachem Nominates Four Directors to Performance Food

Activist investor Sachem Head Capital Management nominated four candidates including its founder Scott Ferguson to the board of Performance Food Group Co.

The food distributor is reviewing the investor’s nomination and has requested to interview Sachem Head’s nominees, the company said in a statement on Tuesday. The other nominees are David Toy, Chris Kreidler and Karen King.
