A’s Held Talks With Aramark Over Investment, Stadium Financing

Major League Baseball’s Athletics has held talks with food-services provider Aramark about investments in the team and its new Las Vegas stadium, people familiar with the matter said.

Discussions have taken place over the past few months on a deal for Aramark to put about $100 million into the $1.75 billion stadium project, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the information is private.
