Banks Pitch $425 Million Loan for Pinault’s CAA Stake Purchase

A group of lenders led by Bank of America Corp. is selling a $425 million leveraged loan to support French billionaire Francois Pinault’s holding company’s purchase of a majority stake in Hollywood talent group Creative Artists Agency from TPG Inc.

Pinault’s holding company Artémis agreed to buy a majority stake in the talent agency Thursday in a deal that values it at $7 billion. A lender call for the loan, which matures in November 2028, will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. New York time, according to a person familiar with the matter.
