Capgemini Is Said to Pause Talks to Buy Outsourcing Firm WNS (1)

French IT services firm Capgemini SE’s discussions to acquire outsourcing company WNS Holdings Ltd. have stalled, according to people familiar with the matter.

The talks have ground to a halt following the global market volatility, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private information. Capgemini had been in advanced discussions to acquire the outsourcing firm, Bloomberg News reported last month.
