Country Garden Reaches Milestone in Talks With Creditors

Country Garden said the CoCom, which represents 49% of the aggregate principal amount of the existing syndicated loans, have agreed to the terms of the restructuring proposal, according to a Hong Kong exchange filing.

  • Holders representing over 77% of the aggregate principal amount of the Class 2 Indebtedness have acceded to the RSA
