Morgan Lewis Hires Covington Partner as European M&A Head

Philip Cheveley is joining Morgan Lewis as a partner in its corporate practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Cheveley advises public and private companies on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly in highly regulated industries. He will serve as the firm’s European M&A practice lead and will support clients operating in an increasingly dynamic global deal environment, the firm said.

He joins from Covington & Burling.
