Sixth Street Buys Colorado Ski Resort in Luxury Push (Correct)

Sixth Street acquired the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa in Colorado, part of its ongoing bet on growing demand for luxury vacations.

Sixth Street bought the 193-room ski resort with Riller Capital, according to a statement Wednesday. Seller Braemar Hotels & Resorts said in April that it had reached a deal to sell the property for $176 million but didn’t name the buyer.
