Alexander Brothers Echo Diddy Trial Tactic

Oren Alexander’s lawyer argued the Alexander brothers’ consensual “group sex” has wrongly been trumped up to sex trafficking, in a preview of a likely trial strategy.

It’s a page straight out of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ defense. Combs’ lawyers — including some of the same folks retained by Oren Alexander — argued that while Combs threw sordid sex parties, he wasn’t engaged in trafficking. (You’ll remember this tactic worked for Combs, who was acquitted of trafficking but convicted on a prostitution charge.)
