Lawyers for Ivy League schools will head to the Second Circuit this week to defend the schools’ prohibition on athletic scholarships.

A Connecticut federal court nixed an antitrust suit against the elite institutions, saying the student-athlete plaintiffs failed to allege that the policy harms competition in a specific market. But the plaintiffs on Tuesday will argue for the Second Circuit to revive the suit.
