New York Sues Trump for Subway Funding
The MTA sued the Trump administration to unpause federal funds tied to a $7 billion project that would extend the Second Avenue subway to Harlem, Michelle Kaske and Chris Dolmetsch report.
It’s the latest in a series of challenges from New York to the Trump administration over transit projects. (And the latest hold-up for the Second Avenue Subway, which partly opened in 2017 after a century of pricey stops and starts.)
