Two Apollo Lending Executives Depart for Franklin Templeton

Apollo Global Management Inc. lost two executives involved in its efforts to originate large private loans and distribute them across Wall Street.

Managing directors Eric Meyers and Michael Zicari, both of whom had leadership roles in Apollo’s capital solutions team, are departing for Franklin Templeton, a mutual fund manager that has branched out into alternatives in recent years, according to people familiar with the matter.

Spokespeople for Apollo and Franklin Templeton declined to comment. Meyers and Zicari couldn’t be reached for comment.
