Trident Security Solutions Sued Over Employee Health Notices

Two former Trident Security Solutions LLC employees filed a proposed class action saying the Alabama-based private security firm fails to properly inform departing workers of their rights under the company health-care plan.

Trident is accused of sending COBRA notices to former employees either far too late or not at all and with critical information omitted.
