Andrea Paul is joining WilmerHale as a partner in its life sciences group in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Paul, who previously was chief legal officer for Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, starts with the firm Oct. 6. She advises clients on corporate governance, disclosure, capital markets, and strategic transactions.
