The leaders of a contentious recount of nearly 2.1 million ballots in Maricopa County months after the 2020 election recommended a litany of changes to Arizona election law Friday as part of findings that confirmed President Joe Biden’s win.
The report on the audit ordered by Republican state senators found the hand count of ballots largely matched the county’s certified election results, with Biden winning an extra 360 votes under the audit.
