W. R. Berkley Corporation announced new leadership appointments, with Lee Iannarone named executive vice president and Stephen Kennedy named senior vice president and general counsel, the insurance company said Monday.
Iannarone, who previously served as senior vice president and general counsel, will now oversee certain business units for the insurance holding company, leveraging his over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Kennedy, who joined Berkley in 2020 as vice president - senior counsel, brings extensive expertise in insurance transactions, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution.
