Kansas City-based Mid-America Physician Services LLC must face some claims of a proposed class action alleging it negligently failed to protect the personal information of patients’ that was exposed in a 2025 data breach.
The plaintiffs adequately pleaded claims of breach of implied contract, unjust enrichment, and declaratory judgment, Judge Roseann A. Ketchmark of the US District Court for the Western District of Missouri said Monday.
