Morrison Foerster Adds Brian Sylvester as FDA Regulation Partner

Brian Sylvester joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its complex litigation and advisement group in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

Sylvester will serve as head of food regulatory within the firm’s Food and Drug Administration and health-care regulatory and compliance practice. He focuses on FDA- and USDA-regulated products, with an emphasis on the food and beverage sector. His practice spans new product development, labeling and advertising, audits, investigations, recalls and crisis management, and enforcement actions in that area, the firm said.
