Polsinelli Adds IP Litigator Schaum as Shareholder in Chicago

Timothy Schaum joins Polsinelli as a shareholder in the intellectual property litigation practice in Chicago, the firm said Thursday.

Schaum focuses on a wide array of disputes, including IP issues, breach of contract and price-fixing allegations, according to the firm.

His clients cover a wide range of US-based manufacturers and industries, including automotive and automotive aftermarket and pharmaceutical, and he has extensive experience in bench and jury trials and has successfully represented clients in complex civil litigation matters, the firm said.
