Clifford “Seth” Sethness has joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner with the labor and employment department in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.
Sethness has served with the National Labor Relations Board and has experience with various kinds of employment litigation in federal and state courts and arbitrations, according to Seyfarth.
He is joined by senior counsel Kent Roger and counsel Taylor Horn in San Francisco. The trio joins the firm from Morgan Lewis.
